Matt Shumaker wears many hats.

Artist, communicator and strategist, Matt Shumaker is instrumental in leading many facets of the creative local church today. He has been instrumental in championing the creative charge in the ministry of the Gospel for over 15 years. Today, he leads a team of over 100 creatives who bring focus to the glory of God through videography, music, technology, design, art, aesthetic environments, public speaking and more.

As the production and worship arts pastor at Yosemite Church, a growing and dynamic multi-campus ministry in Central California; musician; designer; writer; promoter and speaker, Matt Shumaker holds an undergraduate degree in fine arts ministry from California Baptist University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Robert K. Jabs School of Business at California Baptist University.

Sharing insights and lessons learned in story is of particular interest to Matt. He continues to nurture his team and is passionate about engaging with live audiences.

Matt and his wife, Liz, have four children and live in the Central Valley of California.
